The March of Dimes applauded the new FDA iPLEDGE program. The March of Dimes urged the agency to monitor the program's effectiveness and to create comparable programs for other oral retinoid medications. The March of Dimes is also concerned that some patients may seek to purchase isotretinoin via the Internet and circumvent the requirements.
