Low-dose aspirin of heart help only in some diabetics
NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Low-dose aspirin is predominantly of value in reducing atherosclerotic events in patients with less advanced diabetes, Japanese researchers report in an April 22nd online paper in Diabetes Care.
