Chattem is premiering Dexatrim Max20, a weight loss product in the form of effervescent tablets that are packed with green tea, chromium, ginseng, and vitamin B. The product is sold in individual, foil-wrapped packets, which the company claims are "perfect to take with you anywhere." Dexatrim Max20 is available in mixed berry and lemon splash flavors.

Johnson & Johnson has improved its Rembrandt Advanced Whitening Strips so that they conform to the unique shape of the wearer's mouth. Using formfit technology made with a polymer blend, the firm claims the strips are 20% thinner so that they are more comfortable to wear, easier to remove, and have to be worn only once a day. Mint flavoring has also been added to the strips.

Novartis is trotting out Triaminic Infant Thin Strips Decongestant Plus Cough for the relief of nasal and sinus congestion from a cold or cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation. The company claims the strips "melt in an instant." Novartis is also launching Infant Triaminic Thin Strips Decongestant, Triaminic Thin Strips Cold, and Triaminic Thin Strips Cold & Cough.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare is launching Tylenol Cold Multi-Symptom with an instant, cooling Citrus Burst sensation. The product is intended to provide temporary relief from cold and flu symptoms, including minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, and cough.

Tyrell's has introduced Zeno, a new skin care handheld device that the company claims is clinically proven to make pimples disappear fast. Walgreens' ad circular states that the chain is the exclusive drugstore retailer for Zeno.
