Scott Nelson, PharmD, MS, FAMIA, ACHIP, is a pharmacist and Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Nelson is the Director of the Master of Science in Applied Clinical Informatics (MS-ACI) online program, and currently works in Medication Safety Informatics in HealthIT, with a focus on medication reconciliation, e-prescribing, artificial intelligence, and clinical decision support at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
