Erin Fox is Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer at the University of Utah Health. She received her doctorate in pharmacy in 1999 and masters in health care administration in 2023. Currently with University of Utah Health, she holds a system-wide responsibility for pharmacy shared services including medication use policy, drug information, medication safety and quality, pharmacy informatics, 340B, pharmacy purchasing and billing, and antimicrobial stewardship.
