Rite Aid buys local pharmacies in Pennsylvania
Pharmacies will be consolidated by the end of August.

RXD Pharmacies in Shenandoah, Pottsville, and Minersville, Pa., will be consolidated into nearby Rite Aids by the end of August.
"Our fixed costs continue to go up, such as (business and health) insurance and salaries. General overhead has continued to rise, but the reimbursement, unfortunately, continued to decline," Craig Lehrman, a pharmacist at Bank's Apothecary, an RXD location in Philadelphia, told The Standard~Speaker.
