Physician dispensing supplier makes an acquisition

The Redi Rx point-of-care dispensing business unit of Diversified Healthcare Services was purchased.

The physician dispensing supplier Dispensing Solutions Inc. has bought another company in the same business-the Redi Rx point-of-care dispensing business unit of Diversified Healthcare Services. The acquisition expands DSI's presence in the physician dispensing market. DSI's DispenseQuick program enables doctors to dispense drugs to patients in their office.
