Oregon Governor signs drug expansion bill
A measure to expand Oregon?s prescription drug discount program to allow small businesses and labor unions to buy medicine for their employees through the program was signed into law by Gov. Ted Kulongoski.

A measure to expand Oregon?s prescription drug discount program to allow small businesses and labor unions to buy medicine for their employees through the program was signed into law by Gov. Ted Kulongoski. The program offers uninsured and underinsured Oregonians discounts on some prescriptions by pooling the state?s purchasing power to negotiate lower prices from drug companies.
