The 2008 WilsonRx Pharmacy Satisfaction Survey shows which pharmacies have the most satisfied customers.
By state, patients in Ohio are most satisfied with their retail pharmacies, followed by North Dakota and Alabama. By region, the New England Census Region received the highest satisfaction scores. These are some results from the latest WilsonRx Pharmacy Satisfaction Survey. The survey also found that for the eighth year in a row, patients rated their independent pharmacies the highest in overall satisfaction, beating out clinics, supermarkets, mass merchants, chain drugstores, and mail order. Satisfaction is defined as intent to return to the pharmacy to fill or refill prescriptions and the likelihood of recommending the pharmacy to a friend or relative. The Wilson survey consists of a mailed questionnaire that received responses from 34,454 pharmacy customers across the country.
