New program promotes continuous care for transplant patients
Apotex Corp. and Centric Health Resources team up to help liver transplant patients obtain seamless care

Apotex Corp., maker of HepaGamB, and specialty pharmacy company Centric Health Resources have launched a program to help liver transplant patients transition from hospital to home. The HepaGamB Aftercare Access Program enables patients to receive the hepatitis B immune globulin intravenous (human) at home along with educational information, nursing services, help with obtaining reimbursement, and on-call support.
