Board-approved Canadian pharmacies can fill and mail scripts for drugs that are approved by the FDA and Health Canada and that are drawn from the pharmacy's on-site inventory system. Scripts for drugs that are liquid, injectable, intravenous, or require refrigeration cannot be dispensed. The regulations must be approved by a legislative committee before taking effect.
