NACDS' letter, which was addressed to subcommittee chairman Frank Pallone (D, N.J.) and ranking member Nathan Deal (R, Ga.), is in regard to legislation reauthorizing the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) and components of a broad FDA package.
