NACDS, 90 organizations send letter to state Medicaid directors on tamper-resistant Rxs.

The National Association of Chain Drug Stores has joined with 90 pharmacy and medical organizations to send a letter to state Medicaid directors requesting that additional guidance be provided to prescribers, pharmacists, and patients regarding compliance with the federal statute requiring the use of tamper-resistant prescription pads (TRPPs) under Medicaid.
