NACDS Foundation supports personal medication record to help patients

The National Association of Chain Drug Stores Foundation is joining in the national campaign this week to improve patent safety by encouraging the use of a personal medication record (PMR). National Patient Safety Awareness Week, a week-long awareness program sponsored by the personal medication record not only can help patients better manage their medications, but also can empower them to interact with their healthcare providers and share a complete and current medication regimen.
