Legal columnist reappointed to Illinois State Board

Ned Milenkovich has been reappointed to the Illinois State Board of Pharmacy for an additional five-year term

The board reviews applications for licenses to practice pharmacy, rules on qualifications of applicants, recommends examinations, authorizes registration of successful candidates, and recommends disciplinary action for licenses. The Illinois State Board of Pharmacy has nine members - seven licensed pharmacists and two public members.

Milenkovich also chairs the drug and pharmacy practice group at McDonald Hopkins. He is a pharmacist and attorney who combines both professions in the legal practice of medical device, drug, and pharmacy law. Ned has had the opportunity to advocate on behalf of the firm's diverse range of clients, handling matters with respect to both federal (including FDA- and DEA-related issues) and state regulatory compliance, licensing, transactions, and dispute resolution, among other concerns, all in connection with medical device, drug and pharmacy law.
