The Joint Commission is seeking feedback for the next six weeks on proposed revisions to the current Medication Management (MM) chapter for the Ambulatory Health Care, Critical Access Hospital, Home Care, Hospital, and Office-Based Surgery programs. The commission wants feedback from professionals in the following areas: medication management, pharmacy, performance improvement related to medication management, and environment of care.
