Jewel-Osco partners with Destiny Health

Jewel-Osco Pharmacy, a network of pharmacies providing patient care services in the Chicago area, has entered into an agreement with Destiny Health, a pioneer of the consumer-directed healthcare model, to provide a wellness service, Vitality Check, to Destiny Health plan members. A Vitality Check is a health assessment that members are encouraged to participate in to learn more about their current health condition.
