Indications: temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugatory and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients
Dosage: 0.1 mL by intramuscular injection into each of five sites on the face.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin preparation or any components of the formulation
- Infection at the injection site
