September 10, 2007

HealthPartners pharmacy has redesigned its Rx labels for greater clarity.

HealthPartners has introduced a new pharmacy prescription label designed to increase safety and convenience. The new labels decrease the amount of information and increase the font size. The labels are being used at HealthPartners' 16 pharmacies, which dispense more than 1.5 million Rxs each year. The new labels also rearrange the placement of the patient's name and other important information to increase clarity.
