GlaxoSmithKline will continue to offer its patient assistanceprogram to the elderly and disabled who qualify for but are notenrolled in Medicare Part D.

GlaxoSmithKline will continue to offer its patient assistance program to the elderly and disabled who qualify for but are not enrolled in Medicare Part D. Glaxo will also ask the HHS Inspector General for an opinion on the firm's proposal to provide patient assistance to Part D enrollees. Medicare-eligible patients can find out more about the Glaxo patient assistance program by calling the toll-free number 1-(888)825-5249.
