FDA extends deadline for e-prescribing comments

Dec. 6 is new deadline for public comments regarding electronic distribution of prescribing information for Rx drugs.

Apparently not satisfied with the volume of comments it has received, the FDA has extended the comment period regarding electronic distribution of prescribing information for prescription drug products. The new deadline for comments, as published in the Oct. 22
