Duane Reade makes executive management changes
Duane Reade Holdings Inc., announced that David D'Arezzo, the company's current chief marketing officer, has been named Interim CEO. Richard W. Dreiling, chairman, president/ CEO, has resigned to become CEO of a major national retail chain. In addition, retail industry veteran Alan J. Lacy, senior advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners, and former chairman/CEO of Sears Holdings, will be working closely with D'Arezzo to build on the foundation in place at Duane Reade. Lacy will also be advising Duane Reade on its permanent CEO search.
