CVS donates money, products, and services to flood-ravaged Iowa

Charity arm of CVS also donates cash to Red Cross for state efforts.

Water, sunscreen, insect repellents, work gloves, hand sanitizer, and diapers worth more than $35,000 are some of the items CVS Caremark has donated recently to flood-ravaged Iowa communities. In addition, CVS Caremark Charitable Trust has contributed $100,000 to the American Red Cross for disaster relief efforts in the state. The chain operates seven pharmacies in the waterlogged towns of Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Iowa City, and Waterloo.
