Calif. pharmacists swamp Capitol with flowers to protest Medi-Cal rate cuts
More than 600 bouquets were sent to the site.

To help turn back a recent 10% Medi-Cal rate cut in California, pharmacists in the state held a "flower power" demonstration and press conference on the steps of the Capitol earlier this week. More than 600 bouquets were sent to the site, urging the Governor and legislators to rescind the cuts. Lots of reporters from TV stations and newspapers covered the event. Did it bring any results?
