“This new product is a real game changer for patient care as well as for ambulatory care pharmacy teams and healthcare administrators across the [United States], said Carol Wolfe, ASHP’s vice president of publications and drug information systems.
The app tracks pharmacists’ patient encounters across 37 different disease states. “This powerful new tool helps pharmacists measure patient care trends over time, thus helping to ensure that patients meet their health-related goals,” Wolfe said.
