The American Pharmacists Association has announced 6 new 2010 offerings of the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate program.
The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) has announced 6 new offerings in 2010 of the Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate program. Through support from Merck & Co., APhA will conduct the programs this fall for a nominal fee of $99 per participant.
Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery is an interactive training program that teaches pharmacists the skills they need to become a primary source for vaccine information and administration. The program includes the basics of immunology and focuses on practice implementation and legal/regulatory issues.
This program is offered to a limited number of participants at each location. Immediate registration is encouraged.
