SunHealth acquires Carmichael's Cashway Pharmacy for $24 million

The health-system SunHealth has bought the specialty pharmacy Carmichael's Cashway Pharmacy.

Carmichael’s Cashway Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy doing $42 million in business annually, has been acquired by SunLink Health Systems for $24 million. Carmichael’s has been operating for more than 30 years and serves rural communities in southwest Louisiana and eastern Texas.
