Senate passes bill to delay tamper-resistant pad rule

The Senate passed legislation delaying implementation of the Medicaid rule mandating tamper-resistant Rx pads and awaits House action.

The Senate has unanimously approved a bill that would delay implementation of a rule requiring questions about the rule.
