Pathmark, MiniMedCare to open in-store clinics

Pathmark Stores has reached a license agreement with MiniMedCare to locate a medical care clinic in its Weehawken, N.J., store. The clinic will open in March and will be staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants. A second unit is scheduled to open later this year in Pathmark's Jersey City store. When the full rollout is completed, 12 MiniMedCare facilities will be operating in Pathmark stores.
