Pa. law defining home infusion benefit on way to Governor

Pennsylvania House Bill No. 2202 has passed both legislative bodies and is on its way to Gov. Edward Rendell for signature. The bill defines a home infusion therapy benefit expected to be implemented by per-diem payment structure for Pennsylvania Medicaid, including payment for professional pharmacy and other necessary services.
