NPI system to undergo system maintenance
It will be out of commission for system maintenance on Aug. 10.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced that its National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) and its National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry will be out of commission for system maintenance on Aug. 10. This means pharmacists will not be able to refer to these systems on that day. A list of the enhancements scheduled for this deployment can be found at:
