CPESN USA, a clinically integrated, nationwide organization of pharmacy networks created to advance community-based pharmacy practice, is excited to unveil CPESN Leads, a new leadership initiative designed to empower community pharmacy professionals across the nation. CPESN Leads encourages and rewards pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy school faculty members, and students to engage in meaningful leadership, networking, and professional development activities.
Participants can enroll in one of five tracks—Luminary, Next Gen Luminary, Beacon, Academia, or Student Leaders—earning measurable pharmacy outcomes (points) by completing key engagement activities. A dynamic leaderboard on CPESNLeads.com provides real-time visibility, and top achievers will be recognized through digital badges, certificates, and exclusive rewards. Participants don’t need to be affiliated with a CPESN pharmacy.
“CPESN Leads celebrates the dedication and leadership emerging from community‑based pharmacy professionals who are transforming patient care,” said Tiffany Capps, CPhT, Pharmacy Operations & Communications Lead with CPESN USA. “By tracking contributions and raising visibility through a unified platform, we’re nurturing the next generation of pharmacy change-makers.”
CPESN Leads runs on an annual cycle, beginning each September. CPESN USA and the National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA) will recognize the top performers at the 2025 NCPA Annual Convention in October 2025 in New Orleans.
Key features of CPESN Leads include:
“CPESN Leads furthers our mission of uniting payers, pharmacies, and communities to deliver enhanced healthcare services,” added Capps. “It provides a clear, respected pathway for community pharmacy professionals to lead, innovate, and be recognized.”
Enrollment is now open at CPESNLeads.com. CPESN USA encourages all individuals in pharmacy practice in America to join and begin leading the way.
