
CPESN USA Launches “CPESN Leads” Initiative to Elevate Community Pharmacy Leadership
Participants can enroll in one of five tracks—Luminary, Next Gen Luminary, Beacon, Academia, or Student Leaders—earning measurable pharmacy outcomes (points) by completing key engagement activities. A dynamic leaderboard on
“CPESN Leads celebrates the dedication and leadership emerging from community‑based pharmacy professionals who are transforming patient care,” said Tiffany Capps, CPhT, Pharmacy Operations & Communications Lead with CPESN USA. “By tracking contributions and raising visibility through a unified platform, we’re nurturing the next generation of pharmacy change-makers.”
CPESN Leads runs on an annual cycle, beginning each September. CPESN USA and the National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA) will recognize the top performers at the 2025 NCPA Annual Convention in October 2025 in New Orleans.
