Applying Tyrvaya® (Varenicline Solution) Savings Offer for Eligible Patients

Tyrvaya® (varenicline solution) nasal spray is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease.

Important Safety Information
The most common adverse reaction reported is 82% of patients was sneezing. Events that were reported in 5-16% of patients were cough, throat irritation, and instillation-site (nose) irritation.

Pharmacist: Let’s get started and learn about the comprehensive savings program available to your patients prescribed Tyrvaya® (varenicline solution) and how to ensure eligible patients are enrolled in the Tyrvaya® Savings Offer.

With the Tyrvaya® savings offer, patients with commercial insurance may pay as little as $10 for a 30-day or 90-day prescription.

Patients waiting to see if their commercial insurance covers Tyrvaya can get up to one 30-day fill for $10 while their coverage is being processed.

*Limitations apply. Eligible, commercially insured patients with coverage for Tyrvaya® pay as little as $10, up to a savings maximum of $275 for each 30-day prescription, and as little as $10, up to a savings maximum of $825 for each 90-day prescription. Patient is responsible for any out-of-pocket costs once monthly savings limit is reached. Eligible, commercially insured patients awaiting a coverage decision from their insurance plan pay $10 for one 30-day prescription, for up to 1 fill. This Savings Offer expires December 31st, 2024. Help patients with commercial insurance save on their Tyrvaya® by providing them information on how to enroll in the savings offer when they come to pick up their prescription at the pharmacy.

• Patients will need to get the savings offer online at TyrvayaSavings.com. Direct them to fill out the form to get the savings offer.
• If they’re eligible, the savings offer will be ready to use immediately.
• Patients will need to keep their savings offer number handy—advise them to either take a screenshot or save it to their phone.

Here are step by step instructions on how to apply the Savings Offer when running the patient’s claim:

• For commercially insured patients, please submit this claim to the patient’s primary insurance. This offer will cover one OCC 3 claim (limited to a 30-day supply while waiting on coverage determination) and one OCC 8 claim. Please initiate the Prior Authorization for OCC 3 claims.
