Walgreens has developed a new service that will allow customers to receive a telephone consultation with a pharmacist in their native language. The system will allow pharmacy staff to search for on-duty pharmacists who are fluent in the appropriate language and to automatically call one. The service is slated to begin in February. Nearly 20% of Walgreens stores have at least one bilingual pharmacist.
