Revised USP Chapter(797) available online free until January

U.S. Pharmacopeia's Sterile Compounding Expert Committee has completed the review and revision of Chapter (797) Pharmaceutical Compounding-Sterile Preparations. The revised chapter has been posted on USP's Web site as a Revision Bulletin to allow practitioners the opportunity to review and assimilate the content of the chapter before it becomes official on June 1, 2008. The chapter is available online without charge until the end of December. Early in 2008 the revised chapter will be available in a newly updated guidebook. The guidebook costs $79 if reserved before publication. Upon publication in January 2008, the price will be $99. The web address is
