The Total Pharmacy® Solutions Summit will be hosting its first event of the year virtually on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET. The spring event, with its theme of “Growth Prescribed,” will help participating pharmacy owners, employees, and stakeholders understand how to utilize financial strategies that translate to sustainable pharmacy growth.

“Pharmacists should attend the Total Pharmacy Solutions Summit because its virtual format is accessible for new and established owners who are looking for ways to transition from traditional dispensing to more profitable business models,” PQS by Innovaccer, a partner of the spring summit, told Drug Topics prior to the event. “Attendees will learn to use live dashboard data to improve performance in value-based care models, like HEDIS care gap closures and adherence monitoring.”

From general sessions on boosting pharmacy profitability to more specific dives into pharmacy technology, vaccine programming, and precision medicine, the Total Pharmacy Solutions Summit Spring 2026 event has lots in store for attendees looking to kick their pharmacy practices into gear and take advantage of the ongoing trends that the event’s speakers and partners are so familiar with.

Featured Sessions Include:

Ketan Mehta, CEO of PrimeRx, will be kicking off the summit with his keynote session titled “6 Ways to Boost Profitability in Your Pharmacy.” Serving as a basis for the rest of the event’s presentations, Mehta and his pharmacy and technological expertise will help guide participants through key facets of operating and ensuring that pharmacy businesses are maintaining their bottom-line amid various industry trends and happenings.

The keynote will help pharmacy industry attendees evaluate financial resilience strategies for independent pharmacies, identify operational levers that improve profitability without increasing workload, and apply revenue diversification concepts to modern pharmacy practice.

Following Mehta’s keynote presentation, attendees will then be graced by a variety of experts from across pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industries. The first general session of the day will include the likes of Blair Thielemier, PharmD, EQUIPP Copilot Specialist at PQS by Innovaccer.

“In this session, attendees will learn how to begin identifying ‘friction points’ in their workflow where technology can apply ‘the grease’ and streamline clinical operations without adding staff workload,” continued PQS by Innovaccer. “They will also learn how real-time documentation of enhanced services supplements revenue as pharmacies transition from traditional dispensing to more profitable value-based care models.”

Next, summit attendees will sit down with Jon Grice, vice president of pharmacy insights at Outcomes, to get an inside look at “The Growth Advantage.” From identifying key medication therapy management (MTM) trends to getting actionable visibility into pharmacy performance and metrics, Grice’s session—titled “The Growth Advantage: Insights, Execution, and MTM Success”—gives attendees an exclusive look as to how companies like Outcomes are helping independent pharmacies across the country realize new revenue opportunities.

In our last 2 general sessions, participants will get a full dose of insights regarding vaccine programming and trends emerging in the direct-to-patient (DTP) pharmacy space. Mark Metzger, vice president of merchandising and preferred partners with American Associated Pharmacies, will host a session titled “Is a Vaccine Program Right for My Pharmacy,” while digital health experts Timothy Aungst, PharmD, and Ravi Patel, PharmD, MBA, MS, will help attendees make sense of the growing realities behind DTP pharmacy models.

Continuing Education Sessions

On top of the actionable insights participants will gather from the event’s general sessions, they’ll also have the pleasure of learning more about influenza immunizations and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the solutions summit’s continuing education (CE) sessions.

Jessica L. Wallace, PharmD, BCPS, associate professor at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, will host the first CE session titled “Best Practice Approaches for Understanding Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Precision Medicine Treatment.” She’ll help participants identify health care disparities and highlight the clinical and economic burden of COPD, analyze the inflammatory process and key type 2 inflammation characteristics, and explore precision medicine treatment strategies, including phenotyping, biomarkers, and treatable traits for patients with COPD.

Finally, Rupal Mansukhani, PharmD, CTTS, FAPhA, clinical professor at Rutgers University, will host the last session of the day titled “Influenza Immunization in Older Adults: Enhanced Vaccines and Best Practices for LTC Pharmacists.”

With the entire event moderated by Jesse McCullough, PharmD, president of Keystone Pharmacy Insights, attendees are primed to receive expert and industry-first education surrounding the ways in which pharmacy businesses can improve revenue amid an evolving pharmacy landscape of shrinking reimbursements, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) pressures, and more.

“This interactive experience will focus on improving profitability, business resilience, and PBM/reimbursement challenges while also delivering expert-led strategies and actionable business insights tailored to the realities of community and independent pharmacy,” concluded the official Total Pharmacy® Solutions Summit Spring event registration page. “Whether you're looking to expand your clinical knowledge or strengthen your business operations, this summit offers valuable takeaways you can apply right away.”
