Pharmacy franchise owners group grows

The Pharmacy Franchise Owners Association (PFOA) has grown to more than 200 stores since it was formed in February 2004. Representing Medicine Shoppe and Medicap franchise owners, PFOA is a forum for providing pharmacists with information and leverage to negotiate with suppliers and the franchisor, Medicine Shoppe International, on such issues as distribution, licensing agreements, reimbursement, and marketing.
