Speaking during a Medicare Part D Executive Roundtable teleconference cosponsored by Drug Topics and the Global Knowledge Congress, he said he wouldn't be surprised if there is emergency funding for enrollees in the donut hole similar to what occurred in January when many dual eligibles couldn't get their medications.
