OTN, a leading specialty pharmaceutical services company and thedistributor of products and services to the community oncologymarket, announced that it has agreed to purchase the oncologydistribution unit of Cardinal Health.
OTN, a leading specialty pharmaceutical services company and the distributor of products and services to the community oncology market, announced that it has agreed to purchase the oncology distribution unit of Cardinal Health. OTN will acquire Cardinal's oncology distribution business as well as its contract services and physician distribution businesses. Cardinal's oncology distribution business provides pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to oncology practices, physician offices, and hospital pharmacies.
