New guidelines out to treat hypertension in Blacks
Clinicians have a new tool to treat their African American patients with hypertension. The Hypertension in African Americans Working Group (HAAW Group) of the International Society on Hypertension in Blacks (ISHIB) recently published the first guidelines on the management of hypertension that specifically target African Americans.
