NABP moves the NAPLEX exam to new vendor.

Beginning January 2008, NABP will offer the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) through Pearson VUE. Pearson VUE offers a nationwide network of testing centers. Currently, the NAPLEX and MPJE are offered at Prometric testing centers. Recently, NABP halted testing of the NAPLEX and the Georgia MPJE after NABP alleged that a University of Georgia professor shared test questions with students. The NAPLEX resumed earlier this month, but the Georgia MPJE still has not been reinstated. To see more Hot off the Press news articles, click here. To go to the Drug Topics homepage, click here.
