MemberHealth's Part D drug plan named best in customer satisfaction
An independent healthcare consumer research firm honors MemberHealth for second straight year.
For the second straight year, an independent healthcare consumer research firm has recognized MemberHealth's Medicare Part D prescription drug plan as the best in overall customer satisfaction.
Wilson Health Information evaluated 3,470 Plan D participants in 32 markets (see report) throughout the United States. MemberHealth's Community CCRx had the highest re-enrollment as well as the highest ratings in 24 of the 29 categories examined, according to Jim Wilson, president of Wilson Health Information.
Charles Hallberg, president of MemberHealth, attributes the success of the company's Plan D prescription drug plan to affordability, responsive customer service, and its broad list of covered drugs.
