Palliative care providers are asked to comment on the Joint Commission's draft standards in this area of practice
Do you provide palliative care? If you do, the Joint Commission is seeking your help. It has introduced draft palliative care standards, as part of its Health Care Services Certification Program, and would like your comments to the standards, posted on its Web site. The deadline for feedback is April 8. The Joint Commission hopes to launch its certification program in August.
