JNC- VII urges aggressive control of hypertension
Clinicians now have updated guidelines to help them manage hypertension in persons with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure unveiled its seventh report (JNC VII) at the recent American Society of Hypertension meeting in New York City.
