Coaching is part of the pharmacy's new franchising program.
Good Neighbor Pharmacy has started a franchising program that will provide business coaching to help pharmacists adopt best practices and develop services to meet customer needs.
The program, called GNP Premier, will allow pharmacists to continue to operate independently while enjoying benefits from the large GNP network. "In today's economic climate, independent pharmacies need an edge to compete with big chains," Dave Neu, senior VP, retail sales and marketing for AmerisourceBergen, GNP's parent company, said.
