Florida judge rules on pharmacist duty to warn
In a wrongful death lawsuit alleging a pharmacy dispensed excessive narcotic refills, a Florida judge ruled that a pharmacist must exercise the care and prudence which a reasonably careful and prudent pharmacist exercises.
