FDA weighs improving medication guides
The agency is especially interested in getting views from consumers, pharmacies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and researchers.

The FDA is holding a hearing on medication guides. The goal is to find ways to improve the development, distribution, comprehensibility, and accessibility of these documents, which provide drug risk information to patients. The hearing will be held on June 12 to 13 at the National Transportation and Safety Board Boardroom and Conference Center in Washington, D.C. The agency is especially interested in getting views from consumers, pharmacies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and researchers.
