D.C. passes drug rep licensing law

The District of Columbia passed a law requiring drug sales reps to be licensed, but did not ban data mining of doctor's prescribing practices.

According to a report in the challenged in court by data collection companies. The bill is expected to be signed into law by Mayor Andrian Fenty.
