Community Care Rx nears 500,000 Part D enrollments

MemberHealth Inc. announced that Community Care Rx, its Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), will soon reach 500,000 enrollments. CCRx, a collaborative effort among MemberHealth, Computer Sciences Corp., and NCPA, is one of 10 Medicare-approved PDPs available to Medicare beneficiaries in the U.S. Commenting on the CCRx plan, NCPA executive VP/CEO Bruce Roberts, R.Ph., stated that "pharmacists have embraced the CCRx plans because they encourage them to continue the face-to-face contact with their patients."
