Apria Healthcare Group, Coram to tie the knot
Apria Healthcare Group to acquire Coram.

Apria Healthcare Group and Coram Inc. have entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby Apria will acquire Coram. Coram is a privately held national provider of home infusion and specialty pharmaceutical services. The acquisition will expand Apria's service offering by creating an enhanced nationwide home infusion provider. Apria provides home respiratory therapy, home infusion therapy, and home medical equipment through approximately 500 U.S. locations. The acquisition is expected to close as early as mid-November.
